Taiwanese students with offers to study for a degree and to study a course lasting over 6 months in the UK are suggested booking a place at pre-departure briefings. Delivered in local language and joined by British Council staff, UK alumni and student services providers, pre-departure briefings have been must-go events for offer holders to meet fellow students, get advice and ask questions they may have regarding accommodation, banking, wellbeing, visa or study methods.
British Council holds three briefings across Taiwan; each session includes talks on living and studying in the UK, followed by face to face opportunities meeting with UK alumni. Pre-departure briefings are free of charge but online reservation is required. Please share the information and RSVP llinks below with your students or refer them to the British Council Taiwan website.
