British Council Pakistan offers two training courses for educational agents:

  1. Education UK Certificate Course: an eight week online course
  2. British Council Advanced Agents Course: a one year online course

The certificates for both courses are valid for two years after which the training can be refreshed. The certificates received accord international recognition for achieving a high standard of knowledge and professionalism.

These certifications guarantee that the respective advisor has cleared the training and is well versed in the UK’s education sector, accommodation, working in the UK among other relevant sector and market specific information. Certified agents will be listed on the Global Agents List (GAL) which will be seen by students, institutions and influencers looking for international education agents in Pakistan who are British Council trained and certified. UK Universities can visit the GAL list to find agents from Pakistan they would like to establish student recruitment practices with.

We recommend that educational institutions in the UK inform their education agents in Pakistan to join this training programme.
