The Business English Programme at Bangkok University International is looking for a native English speaker to give a special lecture and judge the contestants in the final round of its Sales Pitching Contest. These activities are part of the BIZ Fair 2023, to take place on Wednesday, 26 April 2023, at the university’s main campus, close to Bangkok.

Responsibilities of the UK speaker:

  1. To be in Thailand on 26 April 2023 to join the event on-site.
  2. To give a talk/lecture for a duration of up to 90 minutes on a topic related to presenting or pitching in the business environment
  3. To judge the final round of the Sales Pitching Contest. Three teams will be present on stage. Each team will be allocated up to 8 minutes for their sales pitch. 
  4. (Optional) To give permission to use your university’s logo on the certificates for the presenters in #3.

About the BIZ Fair:

The BIZ Fair is a Business English Programme event organised annually by students working collaboratively to create a business simulation environment and obtain hands-on experience in business communication and business management planning. The activities focus on business planning, logistics management, sales pitching, as well as business content creation and promotion via digital platforms. The students will apply their knowledge learned and skills gained to showcase their competency in business communication, business management, and creativity.
