OEC uses a blended learning approach. Most courses require 25% of delivery to be through face-to-face lectures. The remainder is delivered through books and electronic learning (methods and facilities include video broadcast, satellite channels dedicated to OEC, YouTube channel, online webinars, recorded lectures on DVDs, etc)
