The Faculty of Architecture, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) is a Thai university famous for its architecture programmes, striving to create innovative designers and the integration of arts and sciences through international-oriented research, leading to a sustainable global society. The university is currently looking for an opportunity to collaborate with the department of architecture at a UK university with RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) accredited programmes in the Thai academic year 2020/2021.
Such collaboration could involve a student exchange between the university, architectural design workshops (1-2 weeks), UK university visits and lectures from UK professors at KMITL. The university is also open to discussions on ideas and opportunities for UK/Thai institution collaboration.
Universities interested in partnering with KMITL should please write to Kantanach Chayapong at kantanach.chayapong@britishcouncil.or.th by 29 October 2019 with brief information about their architecture department and the type of collaboration proposed.
