Support to civil society actors in promoting confidence-building and preventing radicalisation in South Asia and knowledge exchange on issues of importance to the EU-India Strategic Partnership

The overall objective of this call for proposals is to provide support to in-country civil society actors in peace-building and preparedness; and to support civil society actors working on topics of particular relevance relating to the EU-India Strategic Partnership.

As defined in the 2018 PbP AAP, the two priority areas under the EU Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace (IcSP) are Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE) and mediation, dialogue and confidence building measures.

Under the EU Partnership Instrument (PI), the third priority area for this Call for Proposals is the exchange of knowledge and ideas on the main areas of key importance for EU-India Strategic Partnership, and the related promotion of common values and principles.

This Call for Proposals (CfP) focuses on three priority areas with according specific objectives, addressed through four lots as follows:

  • Lot 1 – IcSP – Preventing Violent Extremism in India

  • Lot 2 – IcSP – Confidence building measures / Dialogue in Pakistan

  • Lot 3 – IcSP – Preventing Violent Extremism in South Asia Lot

  • 4 – PI – Knowledge Exchange on issues of importance to the EU-India Strategic Partnership
