Background
There is a growing demand for the provision of quality pre-school education in China.
Private kindergartens are major participants in the market, and have become a critical player in China’s early childhood education sector.
The pre-school education sector market is currently not as highly regulated as other education sector and foreign players therefore enjoy a higher degree of freedom to operate.
The UK is perceived by China to have a high quality early childhood education system.
