British Council India plans to hold the virtual exhibition from 20 September to 10 October 2012. This is a three week long online exhibition to engage with prospective students at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. It will be delivered through a specially created microsite where your institution will be profiled. So far we have organized three Virtual Exhibitions in last two years. These have been successful events with average registrations of more than 2500 visitors. The other key statistics of the last two Virtual Exhibitions have been:

  • a widespread visibility with over 100,000 unique visitors and more than 500,000 page views to the event microsite.
  • an active engagement with the visitors. There were around 7500 active visitors and more than around 2500 registered visitors.
  • around 65% of visitors visited the microsite more than once
  • according to the visitor feedback, around 68 per cent of visitors were new audience as they had not attended any British Council event earlier.
