‘GREAT Taste of Britain’ is a promotional campaign organised by the British Trade and Cultural Office (BTCO) in Taiwan, showcasing the British food-and-drink industry and its development nourished by trainings and education that UK education sector has to offer.
As part of the campaign, British Council is working with BTCO to raise awareness of courses in certain areas which prospective students can access in the UK, through the three-day European Education Fair Taiwan (EEFT): hospitality, hotel management, culinary arts and professional cookery. To promote this education provision, the exhibition guide (UK-focused) will be produced with an introductory article, information on UK exhibitors and advertising spaces that are open to institutions with interest in raising profile of courses related to the above subjects.
Given the purpose of maximising exposures for the campaign in the EEFT, a thematic pavilion featuring GREAT Taste of Britain will be arranged in the Taipei venue on 18-19 October 2014.
