Fudan University, one of China’s top universities, is seeking UK universities to partner with its School of Economics in offering 1+1 double degree economics.

Chinese partner:

Fudan University School of Economics is made up of five departments: economics, public economics, world economy, international finance, and insurance. Currently, the school offers five bachelor degree programmes, 19 master degree programmes, nine PhD programmes, and two post-doctoral programmes.

The school already has a number of international programmes in place, but it is seeking to expand its offering with 1+1 double-degree English-taught MA programmes in Chinese Economy and Finance.

UK provider:

The Chinese partner has expressed a preference for a top-ranking university with a well-established economics department.

The UK provider must be in a position to host students for one year. It must also recognise credits awarded by Fudan University and jointly award students’ with a master’s degree qualification upon graduation.
