Dear colleagues,

The British Council Europe team is conducting research into the local impact of transnational education (TNE) and invite you to get involved by participating in a focus group. The research looks to better understand the ‘soft impact’ of TNE at local level and in support of sustainable development goals (SDGs), and to provide higher education institutions with recommendations as to how ‘soft impact’ can be measured, evaluated, and communicated at home and abroad.

The British Council is seeking representation from institutions who have partnership(s) in the EU and who have been experiencing difficulties with some of their TNE provision since the UK left the EU.

The focus group will likely take place in June. Please register your interest in participating in the focus group on this form by 24 June. This work will help the British Council to have a clear understanding of the barriers to collaboration so they can focus their efforts on mitigating these.
