Introduction

The Sultanate of Oman is currently experiencing significant reform. Strategies and policies designed by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said give substantial importance to investment in Oman’s Human Capital by focusing on the Education Sector, Technical and Vocational Training. In the 9th Five Year Plan 2016 – 2020, 34% of the total current expenditure has been allotted to improve the quality of learning, research and development and manpower training.

To highlight the surge in the Sultanate’s education, training and human resources sector, EduTraC Oman 2018 will take place from 28 – 30 October, 2018 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre. EduTraC Oman has established itself as a highly reputable event in the region and thus has gained support of international renowned organizations related to Higher Education sector. Held under the patronage of Oman’s Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (NCGC), Ministry of Civil Services and Ministry of Manpower, EduTraC Oman will serve as a multi-sector recruitment event for higher education & training. The higher education pavilion will provide a window of opportunity for Omanis and Expatriate students to connect with leading universities and higher education institutions and avail one-to-one career guidance from professional in higher Education.

Participation fees include 9sqm (3x3) Shell Scheme Stand with pavilion branding (Each 9m2 shell Scheme stand consists of Wall panels, 1 table, 2 chairs, carpet, name board, 2 spotlights and 1 electricity socket)

Conditions of Participation

• Only Ministry of Higher Education recommended institutions are allowed to participate in the exhibition.
