Dutch school seeks London-based host for a student taster day

The Mencia de Mendoza Lyceum, one of the top bilingual schools in The Netherlands, is looking for a London-based university who would be willing to host a group of students for a day in May to give them a taster of university life. The group of around 48 students are 16-17 years old and in their final year of study for IB or Cambridge exams. Every year a number of them apply for an international university program, many of them in the UK, and this trip aims to give them an insight into life as a UK university student.

The proposed date for the visit would be the morning of the 15th May. Ideally the taster visit would focus on:

• The university curriculum, degrees and diploma options
• Enrolment procedures and costs
• Student/campus life
• Meet with current international students, tour of the campus

Subjects of interest include economics, communications and media.
