The Study UK Alumni Awards 2021-22 ceremony is being held in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 17 March at the Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The ceremony will recognise and honour the outstanding achievements made by alumni of UK higher education institutions.

This year, UK institutions are invited to purchase group tickets or host a table at the ceremony. The ceremony will provide an excellent opportunity for universities to engage with their alumni and Malaysian partners and to grow their professional networks in Malaysia. The evening promises to be a fantastic celebration of the success of UK - Malaysia educational exchange.

Seats and tables will be sold on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Audience

We anticipate the Study UK Alumni Awards awarding ceremony will attract 150 guests, including the judges, award finalists from this year and previous years, representatives from education institutions, government stakeholders, corporate partners, and sponsors.

Background

The Study UK Alumni Awards are open to alumni living anywhere outside of the UK. Award winners and finalists are leaders in their fields who have used their experience of studying at a UK university to make a positive contribution to their communities, industries and countries. The Study UK Alumni Awards celebrate and showcase the impact and value of a UK higher education and raise the international profile of UK alumni and their former universities.

The awards are open to alumni currently residing in any country outside the UK, who have either studied in the UK, at an officially recognised provider of UK university degree level study for a minimum of a term or semester, or who have been awarded a full UK degree level qualification (or higher), by a UK university through a local institution overseas, within the last 15 years.
