The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is seeking to appoint a delivery partner or partners to undertake an assessment of green skills development in Singapore and the UK, in line with the UK-Singapore Green Economy Framework and the UK-Singapore Strategic Partnership.
The successful partner will be responsible for delivering both a research report and accompanying workshops.
The report is expected to (i) offer an assessment on the development of green skills in Singapore and the UK by sub-sector and (ii) based on this, offer recommendations on how Singapore and the United Kingdom might deepen green skills co-operation.
This is an open opportunity, and the FCDO welcome bids from interested suppliers by 8 December 2023.
