Introducing Chengdu University of Technology.

- Located in Chengdu, Chengdu University of Technology (CDUT) has over 32,700 full-time students, including 25,600 undergraduates, 4,900 graduates and 2,240 junior college students.
- CDUT specialises in science and engineering related subjects, but also offers other subjects, including geology, energy resources, resources and environment, management, basic engineering, and electronic information.
- CDUT has a total of four joint undergraduate programmes with two UK universities, which have all been approved by China’s Ministry of Education. Currently, 821 students are taking the courses, which enjoy a good reputation in their field.

Programme expectations

- Level of joint programmes: undergraduate
- Subject 1: Accounting
- Subject 2: Game Programming, or Game Design
- Subject 3: Arts and Design, or Fashion Design
- Expected programme model: 2+2, or 3+1
- Recruitment target: 120 students per year

Requirements for UK partners

- CDUT would prefer to work with a UK university that has no previously established joint programmes in China
- UK candidates should include a short explanation of their subject strengths when indicating interest in this opportunity
