With the support from the British Embassy in Vietnam, the Commission on Organisation and Personnel of the Communist Party of Vietnam, is planning a study tour to the UK.

Timing: 
4-5 working days in early November 2012
The exact timing is to be confirmed subject to availability of hosting UK institutions

Objective: 
To explore how UK agencies promote leadership training with an aim to develop leadership training in Vietnam with possible partnership with host UK partners.

Delegation:
The Commission on Organisation and Personnel of the Communist Party of Vietnam

Delegation leader:
Mr Nguyen Van Quynh (please refer to the enclosed document), Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Organisation and Personnel, Communist Party of Vietnam. Mr Quynh takes the lead in arranging all CPV leadership training, including Programme 165.

Programme 165 (please refer to the enclosed document) includes a scholarship scheme to build capacity for leaders and managers in the Vietnam political system.
