The British Embassy (DBT) and British Council are very happy to join efforts to offer UK Universities an excellent opportunity to meet and greet students from international schools in Spain. The events will be held at the following schools/dates:
24th October at Cambridge House Community College - Valencia
25th and 26th October at British Council School - Madrid
27th October at The British College Benalmádena –Málaga
What do I gain by joining the Spain Education Fair October 2023?
As you know, Spain holds a very large number of British and International schools, specially in Madrid and the Mediterranean coast. This Fair brings UK Universities the opportunity to meet students from these selected schools that will visit the event in school groups. In previous years we have always attracted over 500 visitors in the smaller mediterranean cities and twice as many in Madrid.
Is there a fee?
There will be no fee for participating universities as British Embassy, schools and British Council offer their staff and facilities for free. Universities will need to cover travel to/from venues and any incidental expenses. They will also need to take care of dispatch and collection of materials in Spain as we will not be able to cover delivery to your desks.
How do I express my interest?
Please fill in the linked form before 30 May 2023. Please note that spaces are limited. DBT will notify universities that have been accepted once the period for applications is closed.

23rd October - Arrive in Valencia
24th October - 10h-16h Exhibition open to the public
24th October - train to Madrid (exhibitors must book trains departing after 1730h) - https://www.trenes.com/

26th October - train to Málaga (exhibitors must book trains departing after 1730h) - https://www.trenes.com/
27th October - 10h-16h Exhibition open to the public
All exhibition periods will include coffee and lunch breaks.
We will not be able to arrange for dispatch/collection of materials.
You will not receive data from visitors from the organisers.
