British Council Indonesia under the GREAT campaign will launch a series of digital campaign from January to March 2019 to promote UK as a study destination for STEAM subjects. Those subjects include: science, technology, engineering, arts and math which based on HESA data remain as the second preferred subjects to study for Indonesian students both in undergraduate and postgraduate level.
The aim of this project is to:
1) Showcase UK education’s strength in STEAM subjects using digital media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
2) Build STEAM awareness in Indonesia by development and production of multimedia content in order to increase media reach.
3) Reach out digital audience in Indonesia by using KOL’s to inspire students pursuing STEAM study in UK.
In order to achieve these objectives, British Council will produce an alumni video capturing their study experience in the UK and success stories within the STEAM industry in Indonesia. Therefore, we are opening the alumni talent recruitment and would like UK HEI to inform your Indonesian alumni who graduated from STEAM background to participate.
