The British Council China is delighted to invite UK institutions to contribute content to a new edition of a digital booklet featuring information about studying in the UK.

Individual institutions are invited to list their profile or take out an advertorial page in the booklet which will be available through British Council China digital channels. Print copies will also be distributed at offline British Council education marketing events across China from March 2021 to September 2021 (offline events dependent on Covid-19 restrictions).

What is the digital booklet?

The digital booklet provides students in China with an overview of the UK education system, providing a detailed introduction to the different levels of study available, guides to the application process, and up-to-date information on the visa application procedure.

The booklet is designed to support Chinese students who have an interest in overseas study with their decision-making process, and to support parents and other interested parties in learning more about UK education.

The digital booklet allows UK institutions to promote your offering in a more creative way through the inclusion of video as well as photos and text. The booklet will be available on British Council social media platforms and websites and is compatible with WeChat.

The digital booklet meets the needs of the current younger generation in China who prefer information available at their fingertips and engage with video more than image and text.

The booklet will be promoted to agents, school counsellors and students via British Council China social media platforms and website, and a QR code for download will also be displayed at offline education marketing events.

The digital version of the October 2020 edition can be accessed via the below link (designed for viewing on a mobile phone).
