Education agents play a very important role in promoting UK education in Vietnam market. Over 65% of student applications to study in the UK are made through agents every year.
British Council Vietnam is going to organise an Agent Development Meeting on 15 April in Hanoi and 21 April in Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting aims to bring agents up to date with the latest information about student mobility and new changes in UK student visa policies. This will be also a chance for discussion about collaboration between the British Council Vietnam and education agents in promoting UK education on a nation-wide basis.
The meeting is open to education agents who have operation in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh cities. Participants should be Directors/Vice-directors/Head of Overseas study department or senior persons who are in charge of UK education market.
Representative from UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) in Vietnam will also join the event to explain recent policy changes regarding the Secure English Language Tests, Biometric Residence Permit and the health surcharge.
