The Ministry of Education has announced a list of about 35 financially-unstable Universities (18 universities, 17 colleges), out of 337 higher education institutions, these universities will get cuts in central funding. Furthermore among these universities, 14 universities (6 universities, 8 colleges) will get limited student loans. Institutions were rated according to their financial status, employment rate of their graduates and other key data. Universities and colleges in the list are expected to take steps for reconstructing system and strengthening competitiveness in their education quality.
