As per the UK government guidelines, it is a legal requirement to fill ‘Passenger Locator Form’ before travelling to the UK, irrespective of nationality or country of origin. This is to ensure that correct details are shared before travel to the UK which is a key part of HMG travel policy to keep travellers informed and safe if they are required to self-isolate later.
