A two day long “Study in India” fair was organised in the capital city of Bangladesh.
The fair was held on 21-22 July in the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) in Dhaka.
The objective of the Study in India event was to provide the right information and guidance to Bangladeshi students planning to pursue their studies in India. Over 30 leading Universities, Colleges and Boarding Schools from various parts of India participated in the fair.
The capacity crisis triggers local students to pursue HE in foreign institutions. Supply and demand gap boosts the need for an overseas education. Thereby, this is a potential opportunity for UK HEIs operating in foreign countries which they must take advantage of.
