Foreign Investors Still Have Confidence in Thailand

The Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT) expressed the opinions of the foreign business community in Thailand on trade and investment in the country during the current situation in a press conference on “Confidence in Thailand.” JFCCT have agreed that the business ambience in Thailand has not changed significantly since the establishment of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO).

JFCCT have agreed that Thai economy is resilient under crises and Thailand has strong infrastructure to continue to facilitate business operations. They saw eye to eye on that the current development is having little negative impact on business dealings in Thailand, and they are looking forward to a strong recovery, as the situation has now stabilized. The focus is now shifting toward recovery and it is expected that business will pick up in the months to come.
