Until recently UK NARIC recommended the Ingenieros Técnicos were equivalent to BTEC Level 5 qualifications. After a long fight, a full review of the curriculum by the UK Council of Engineers and 2 years of work, the report from NARIC attached grants them status of Degree holders. This should open the door for them to be able to apply and succeed in their applications for masters in UK Universities.
