Second UK-Spain bilateral meeting to resolve the issues of mutual recognition and right of establishment

The second meeting for a bilateral agreement between UK and Spain to resolve issues related to recognition of qualifications in both countries will take place on 20 February 2013.  This is a follow up to review progress and sign up a Memo of Understanding that will finally solve any issues pending on:

• Recognition of UK qualifications in Spain and viceversa
• Right of Establishment for both UK institutions and UK qualifications in Spain

There was already a meeting on 25 May which both parties refer to as a good step forward.
