New toughened language requirements for foreign students and immigrants entering the UK is a cause for concern for University of Cambridge vice-chancellor, Leszek Borysiewicz.  Borysiewicz, one of the UK’s most senior education officials, is worried that the new rules could be deterring bright foreign students.
