The VND316 billion ($14.91 million) Pegasus International University, covering a total area of over six hectares with two teaching components, dormitories, a hotel area, and other auxiliary constructions, will be built in Nha Trang, the capital of the central province of Khanh Hoa, by Pegasus Investments And Consultancy JSC, a Singaporean firm.
The investor said it takes seven years to construct the university.
