The Institute for International Education (IIE) is now accepting session proposals for its 2016 Generation Study Abroad IIE Summit in Washington DC, which will run from 23 - 25 October 2016. IIE is looking for proposals that reflect the following themes. 

  1. New Study Abroad Models and marketing Directions
  2. Forging New Partnerships to Advance your Pledge
  3. Commitments that Work: Learning from Innovative Solutions (and Failures)
  4. Making the Case for Study Abroad: Using Data to Promote Study Abroad and Change Perceptions

Proposal Submission Deadline: February 16, 2016

IIE’s Generation Study Abroad brings leaders in education, business and governments together to increase the number and diversity of U.S. college students who study abroad. In its first year, more than 600 partner campuses and organizations committed to take specific, measureable actions to ensure that more American students graduate with the international experience necessary for success in a globalized world.
