Total E&P Deep Offshore Borneo B V is sending its first batch of five Bruneian scholars to study petroleum-related degrees at top French universities. The seven-year programme would include a one-year intensive French language course, followed by a five-year undergraduate degree and a year of postgraduate programme. Reports The Brunei Times
