The Hong Kong Kong Academy for Performing Arts currently has over 900 full-time students, exceeding its campus capacity by more than 300. With an extimated 1000 students expected to be enrolled by 2016, the Home Affairs Bureau has proposed to spend over HKD $400 million to build a new building of 9 floors and expand the size of its current classrooms to cope with the new 4-year university education system. The project is expected to start in Q2 of 2013 and finish by Q4 of 2015, reports SingTao Daily
