UK Institutions to Establish Stronger Links in India via Knowledge Based Mission

UK institutions are invited to participate in the Knowledge Based Mission, likely to be held in September/October 2012 and January 2013 in India. The objective of the Knowledge Based Mission is to provide a platform to UK Institutions to establish stronger links in a specific subject with a potential for further collaboration(s) and to deliver seminars in key topics and have faculty interactions.

British Council India will be organising subject specific seminars in key institutions in East, West, North and South India. The subject specialisations will be

  • Law (East India)
  • Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology (West, North and South India)
  • Engineering (South and North India)
  • Management (West India) 

The participating UK institutions will meet with faculty at the Indian institutions, take part in round table discussions and deliver presentations on specific topics
