UK in City – exploring Jamshedpur

British Council is organising an exploratory mission to Jamshedpur for the very first time. Through this mission we aim to provide an opportunity and platform to UK institutions to promote UK as a study destination.  During the mission UK Institutions will not only get a chance to interact with potential students who are interested in studying overseas but also network with faculty members exploring possible collaborative arrangements.  We also plan to arrange interaction with Tata executives, parents and other influencers through our local Association of British Scholars in Jamshedpur.

Jamshedpur, also known as the Steel City or Tatanagar, is the most populous city in the state of Jharkhand, India and is the first planned industrial city of India.
