Call for Expression of Interest

BC SIEM Pakistan is excited to announce that our much awaited event, Counsellors’ Symposium will be held twice this year.

The first symposium will be taking place in Karachi in the summer of 2015.
The second symposium will be held in Islamabad in the autumn of 2015.

The symposium will be attended by more than 60 career counsellors and student influencers from schools and higher education institutes in each city. The event provides a professional development platform for career counsellors, giving them an opportunity to learn new skills and network with colleagues from across the country.

This one day event at each of the locations will be packed with productive and exciting opportunities for professional development through interactive and innovative sessions on a variety of topics as well as discussions on pressing issues around counseling, career guidance and education.

This is a call for Expression of Interest from UK Institutions to consider opportunities for speakers and presenters along with sponsorship opportunities for the event.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The packages listed below are for both Karachi and Islamabad symposiums.

Kindly refer to the attached draft programmes for better understanding of the listed opportunities.

Description

Price in GBP + VAT

03 sessions

available at each symposium

One hour session with an audience of more than 60 career counsellors and leaders in educational institutions at each location.

The session should focus on the professional development of career counsellors. Your institute details can be shared only in reference to the topic.

The session will be held in an auditorium/hall and the venue will be branded with the sponsoring institute’s material. This includes

Placing promotional material on the seats
Placing standalone banners in the auditorium
Placing banners on the stage during the session
Distributing any additional promotional material

Additionally

All sponsors’ logos appear on the main backdrop
All sponsors’ logos appear on the British Council promotional campaign

A brief report will be shared on the reach via above mediums with each sponsor post event.

Sponsorship opportunity for lunch.

Allows you to fully use the lunch venue for branding.

If two institutions agree the cost can be split between them

Additionally, your logo is placed on British Council promotional materials.

1,100 + VAT

Your nominations and/or EOI will be given priority on first come first serve basis.

Please clearly mention the package selected and the city you have opted for.
