The British Council in Qatar is delighted to open recruitment for the wraparound activities/services around the Qatar's annual QICF 2015. 

We are glad to offer different packages covering logistics*, direct marketing and business development. Institutions are granted the flexibility to opt for any package or activity that suits their needs.

* QICF 2015 will take place at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), which is located outside the Doha City Centre with limited reliable public transportation links and limited availability of Taxis at QNCC.  The Supreme Education Council (SEC) will be offering limited logistical support to participants with no accommodation.  Therefore, the logistics package is developed to ensure efficient access for UK institutions to the exhibition venue. Please note that we managed to negotiate excellent group rates with a 5 star hotel, located in the West Bay, in October which is a high business season in Qatar.

Other packages are developed to ensure maximum benefit during your time in Qatar.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation fees will be charged for withdrawal from these activites, as of the date of receipt of notice of withdrawal:

·         At 50 per cent of the full package(s) cost for withdrawals received on or after 15th September 2015

·         At 100 per cent of the full package(s) cost for withdrawals received on or after 27th September 2015
