School teachers mobility programme

Spanish Ministry of Education opens spaces to receive EU teaching staff at Spanish schools for two weeks during academic year 2017/18. Spanish schools can apply in two ways: a) becoming a host centre for a teacher in another country that participates in this mobility programme and identifying the teacher/school or b) becoming a host to a teacher that is assigned to them by the Ministry. The participating countries are: Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Netherlands, Portugal, UK, Ireland and Sweeden.

British Schools interested in participating in this scheme can get in touch with carolina.jimenez@britishcouncil.es and we will aim to identify an interested Spanish school that applies under a) above and identifies school and teacher from the UK. This is a good opportunity for language teachers to familiarise with a Spanish school in Spain and practice the local language.
