British Council Morocco are seeking an international research team or consultant (the “supplier”) to work with us, from February 2023 to May 2023, on research to identify pathways for doctorate links between UK & Moroccan Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) as a stated priority for the Morocco-UK Commission for Higher Education and Scientific Research Commission.
