The British Council Jordan will be organising a pre-departure briefing and visa induction session for prospective students and their parents on Saturday 29 June. The aim of this briefing session is to give them guidance in planning for their departure and to tell them what it is like to live in the UK. Information on visas, travel, accommodation, insurance, banking and other aspects of living in the UK will be covered. UK graduates will be participating from the British Universities Alumni Association (BUAA) and will share their experiences of studying and living in the UK. A representative from the British embassy will deliver information about the visa application.
