Study in Europe fair – Tashkent, Uzbekistan

We are pleased to invite higher education institutions from the UK to participate in the Study in Europe Uzbekistan fair on 11 May 2017.

Please note that we have now extended the registration deadline to 7 April. 

The fair will include:

• Conference and networking reception – 10 May 2017 for higher education representatives/HEIs from Europe and Uzbekistan to network and explore partnership opportunities.

• Exhibition - 11 May 2017 where European HEIs, embassies and national HE promotion agencies can connect with students and influencers from Uzbekistan.

What does the fair offer you?

• Meet students, academics, parents and professionals from Uzbekistan who are actively interested in studying in Europe

• Promote your study programmes to audiences in Uzbekistan

• Learn more about the higher education market in Uzbekistan

• Connect with university representatives and higher education professionals from Uzbekistan - explore partnership opportunities

• The cost for HEIs is 600 EURO (excluding VAT)

Who will attend?

We are expecting around 2000 visitors at the fair.  This is both a postgraduate and an undergraduate market interested in a range of subject areas including business, management and social studies.

The economy is growing by 8% per year, 60% of the population is between 14-25 years old, and with a growing demand for overseas higher education Uzbekistan is an attractive and interesting market.

The fairs are part of the Study in Europe project, contracted by the European Commission, Directorate General for Education and Culture for the European Union. Study in Europe is being implemented by a consortium involving Academic Cooperation Association, Archimedes Foundation, British Council, Campus France, DAAD and EP-Nuffic.
