Purpose

City Montessori School (CMS), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh is organising a University Fair, on Sunday 23 July 2023 from 10.30am to 4.30pm IST at the World Unity Convention Center, Kanpur Road Campus, Lucknow. CMS is expecting more than 1,500 students of Classes 11th and 12th (equivalent to years 11 and 12 in the UK, or ages 16 to 18) from thirteen different campuses of CMS.

The British Council is hosting a stall at the education fair, and UK Higher Education Providers are invited to share their QR code posters and branded material for display at our stall.

As a part of the University fair, CMS are inviting UK universities to address their students and provide valuable guidance to them on study abroad opportunities at UK universities. The UK is one of the preferred destinations to pursue undergraduate studies for their students. Over the past few years there has been a steep rise in the applications for UK universities from CMS.

British Council will be participating at the CMS fair, and we would like to extend this opportunity to interested UK higher education providers (HEPs) to promote their programmes/courses in the form of display QR codes at the British Council stall. Last year also we participated in the education fair hosted by CMS, which was attended by more than 1100 students from all around their campuses
