Opportunity for Knowledge Transfer & Sponsorship at Education UK Counsellors' Symposium 2014
SIEM Pakistan is excited to announce that our annual Counsellors Symposium will be held this year on June 25th and 26th, 2014 in Lahore.
The two day symposium will be attended by 200 career counsellors from schools and higher education institutes. The event provides a professional development platform for career counsellors, giving them an opportunity to learn new skills and network with colleagues from various sectors across the country. Both days will be packed with productive and exciting opportunities for professional development through interactive and innovative sessions on a variety of topics as well as moderated discussions on pressing issues around counselling, career guidance and education.
This is a call for Expressions of Interest from UK Institutions to nominate a speaker on their behalf and also consider sponsorship opportunities for the event.
Speakers
Amongst the speakers/trainers are professional in career counseling, psychologists, and business entrepreneurs, corporate leaders as well leading academics.
Please note: Session topics and content are required to focus on professional development of attending counsellors and not for marketing.

For Nominating Speakers
Please share nominations by 7 April 2014 keeping in mind objectives of the symposium. Participation in the event as a speaker is free of cost and only five slots of 90 minutes each are available for international speakers.
For Sponsorship Opportunities
Please submit an Expression of Interest, which should be no longer than 4 pages via email copied to both Maharoop.Sheri@britishcouncil.org.pk and Ayesha.Zaheer@britishcouncil.org.pk
The EOI should be emailed by 4:00pm PST, on Tuesday 15th April 2014.
EOIs received after the due date will be considered for review solely at the discretion of SIEM Pakistan team, if it is determined to be in the best interest of BCSIEM Pakistan
