At the British Council we are looking to commission a consultant or organisation to support with a Study Tour at the end of July for a small but senior delegation from the Youth Employment Agency in Ghana. This tour will focus on developing the skills and employability of young people but also the models to enable young people to get into work at scale. We are seeking to commission a consultant or organisation to design the programme, secure the visits and speakers and facilitate the discussions over the five days of the visit.
