Following the Qatari Supreme Education Council’s (SEC) announcement that the International College Fair will be held between 4 and 6 November 2013, we would like to update you on the recruitment process.  The SEC are currently working on the invitation template and they aim to have it ready sometime in August after Eid Al Fitr. The registration deadline would mostly be third week of September.

Recruitment will be held by the SEC staff and is open to all universities which are on the scholarship list (http://www.sec.gov.qa/En/ServicesCenter/Pages/Supported-Universities.aspx). There is currently no limit on the number of participating institutions. The British Council, Qatar will support the SEC’s efforts by sending invitations to the UK HE sector.

Please note that there will be no participation fees. However, all participants are responsible for funding their own flights, accommodation, subsistence and any other costs associated with their participation.  Complementary light snacks and refreshments will be provided daily during the fair’s opening hours.
