SIEM Pakistan is launching the British Council Advanced Agent Certificate (BCAAC) for the first time in Pakistan.

The British Council Advanced Agent Certificate (BCAAC) award will give international education agents, consultants and counsellors in Pakistan the opportunity to refresh their knowledge and renew their training. The course will also focus on professionalism and ethical practice. This Certificate is only for agents who have successfully completed the Education UK certificate for Agents.

British Council Pakistan has trained over 150 agents nationwide in Pakistan since 2010. British Council’s Agent Foundation certificate is an 8 weeks online course. BCAAC is a one year online course and both awards are valid for two years. The certificates accord international recognition for achieving a high standard of knowledge and professionalism.

These certifications guarantee the respective advisor has cleared the training and is well versed in the UK’s education sector, visa applications, accommodation, working in the UK among other relevant sector and market specific information. Certified agents will be listed on the Global Agents List (GAL) which will be seen by students, institutions and influencers looking for international education agents in Pakistan who are British Council trained and certified.

UK Universities can visit the GAL list to find agents from Pakistan they would like to establish student recruitment practices with.
