IISER Pune, has expressed interest to have UK academics delivering seminars in the fields of Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Earth Sciences to their students and faculty.

Should you have an academic visiting India in next few months and are interested in meeting students and faculty, British Council will be able to facilitate face-to-face sessions for your institution. Should you want to engage with IISER virtually, British Council will be happy to facilitate virtual seminars as well.

About IISER

The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune is a premier institution dedicated to research and teaching in the basic sciences. Established in 2006, the institute falls under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
Apart from classroom instruction, IISER builds student skills in areas such as scientific inquiry, problem solving, communication skills, computational sciences, electronics and instrumentation and workshop practices.
