Expression of interest: evaluation of its support to ELT conference delegates
The British Council is looking for an experienced consultant to carry out an evaluation of its support to ELT conference delegates. Every year, the British Council sponsors a considerable number of English teachers, trainers and managers to attend international conferences and we would like the impact of this to be externally validated.
The consultant would need to carry out telephone interviews, conduct online focus group meetings and canvass a wider group of delegates using tools they have designed and compile a report on their findings. The initial research will be restricted to delegates from Gulf Countries. However, there is no requirement to travel to these countries. The consultant will receive support from British Council English Project Managers in the Gulf. The work is expected to take the equivalent of ten working days.
