British Council Oman is delighted to inform you that the third edition of EduTraC Oman will be held from 18 - 20 October 2016 at the all new state of the art Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC) an iconic landmark for the city of Muscat and the Sultanate.
Held under the patronage of Oman’s Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Manpower, EduTraC Oman will serve as a multi-sector recruitment event for higher education & training. The higher education & training pavilion will provide a window of opportunity for Omani and expatriate students to connect with leading higher education & training institutions and avail one-to-one career guidance from professionals in higher education.

HOW TO REGISTER?
Gold Sponsorship Contract: Sponsorship provides a great means of broadening your competitive edge by improving your institution’s image to target audience. The attached (attach to website entry) Sponsorship Form outlines the benefits of the Gold sponsor. The total cost for the Gold Sponsor will be USD 3975 after 25% early bird discount. Register before 15 August 2016 to avail the early bird discount.
Exhibition Space Contract: In case you wish to participate as the normal exhibitor, attached is the Exhibition Space Contract Form (attach to website entry). The minimum area to be booked is 9sqm which costs USD 3100.
(Each 9m2 shell Scheme stand consists of Wall panels, 1 table, 2 chairs, carpet tiles, fascia board, 2 spotlights, 1 double socket)
Once you finalise your participation, kindly email the completed copy of the attached forms to Muktar Mirza – Project Director at muktar@alnimrexpo.com. We would like to inform you that you can tentatively reserve your space and process the payment to Al Nimr Expo any time before the exhibition.
