Design Conference in Mumbai, India brings together leading design professionals to exchange creative ideas
‘What’s Next: The Creative Spark’ is an international design conference; this is the fifth year since its conceptualisation by Pearl Academy in 2014. It brings together leading design thinkers and practitioners under one roof enabling exchange of creative ideas and giving way to discussions on path-breaking concepts. The objective of the conference is to bring individuals and organisations together who have excelled in bringing change through creative means.
While the British Council is not directly involved with this event, we feel UK design, media and fashion professionals may be interested in attending.
A round table conference with the World Café method discussing design in three strands-
- Urgent Matters Strand-Leaders who have been able to make an impact on social issues will delve deeper into their processes and build a collaborative framework that can leverage the potential for creative social impact.
- Edge of our Imagination Strand- This strand will bring together vanguards from the world of technology and discuss their methods and motivations behind their provocative, speculative and experimental use of technology.
- The third strand will combine the learnings from the first two and attempt to articulate a clear direction for educators to help in building Creative leadership of the future that leverages the potential of creativity and disruptive thinking about technology.
