In order to allow UK institutions to better capture the opportunity of the huge demand from parents and students for post-18 study options, British Council China will invite your institutions to participate in the China CIFTIS 2012 Education Expo & Study Abroad Tour in May and June 2012. Recruitment begins in April.  This exhibition is normally held right after the Gaokao Exam (Chinese National University Entrance Examination) takes place. Visitors to the exhibitions normally include Chinese students who have just finished the Gaokao Exam and are considering an education in the UK, together with their parents and key decision influencers. It will be the best timing for these visitors to get more information about overseas study options. Each summer, over 60,000 visitors participate in the event and talk to institution representatives.
